Champions For A Cure

Delivering the message of hope for new beginnings through bone marrow transplants and early detection of  testicular cancer,  the Texas State University Champions for a Cure  Sports Mania entertained and educated the standing room only crowd at LBJ Student Center Ballroom, Mar. 31.  Students, athletes, fashion models, medical career organizations, fraternities and sororities took a creatively humorous approach to send a message of health awareness. Sponsors included: Be The Match, Texas Oncology, Central Texas Medical Center, St. David’s Health Care,  Austin Radiological Association, Susan G. Komen, Austin, American Cancer Society, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Fighting Blood Cancers.
